General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Simon Kuch - Kaffeerösterei
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We will store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the product prices quoted. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Credit card
When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. Once you have been verified as the legitimate cardholder, we will contact your credit card company immediately after you place your order to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Sofort by klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in Sofort, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to complete the ordering process via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete the order process. Immediately after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further information during the order process.
Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as payment options. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least $6.95). Further information on Klarna installment purchases, including the general terms and conditions and European

Klarna Invoice
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We retain title to the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the goods subject to retention of title in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale – irrespective of any combination or mixing of the goods subject to retention of title with a new item – in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
