The selection of our raw coffee

We've made it our mission to be as transparent as possible about the story and journey behind our coffees. We focus exclusively on high-quality green coffee beans, which we strive to source as directly as possible from various coffee-growing regions. We achieve this by establishing and developing sustainable partnerships with importers and farmers. It's no secret that quality and sustainable relationships can only be achieved through ethically fair prices. Direct trade is therefore crucial for us. This ensures that the slightly higher prices we pay actually reach the farmers in the countries of origin.

Due to the different harvest periods in the coffee-growing countries, we have various freshly harvested coffee varieties in stock throughout the year and can therefore guarantee an exciting diversity in our product range.

Roasting coffee

Every green coffee bean has its own unique characteristics. These can range from chocolatey aromas and floral notes to sweet fruit flavors. Green coffee beans contain up to 800 different aromas. Our goal is to bring out these diverse aromas to their fullest potential during roasting. We work on this every day to achieve a clean and crisp result in the cup.
