Finca Monteblanco is nestled in the mountains of La Tocora, surrounded by the protected Cueva de los Guácharos Natural Park. The unique microclimate and nutrient-rich volcanic soils provide ideal conditions for high-quality coffee cultivation. Run by third-generation Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, Monteblanco is renowned for exceptional varieties such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, Caturra Purple, and Caturra Red. The farm boasts modern infrastructure, including a washing station and drying areas, as well as a cold chamber for cold fermentation (10–14 °C) to enhance aroma development.
