Fazenda Juquinha #3 - About the origin of coffee

Fazenda Juquinha is a relatively small farm that previously produced soybeans and corn. Siblings Roseane and Weder inherited the land from their late father and decided to focus on producing specialty coffees. The farm was named "Juquinha" in his honor. They began by conducting numerous soil tests to determine the mineral composition of the soil. Subsequently, they concentrated primarily on improving and protecting the farm's arable land. Roseane's husband, Ivan, joined them to help prepare the farm for coffee production, and now they cultivate yellow Catuai and Catucai plants, process cherries in African raised beds, and use their own equipment to prepare their coffee for export.
