Decaf - On the origin of coffee

This coffee is decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane process. In this gentle process , the caffeine is removed from the coffee using natural solvents .

Cane sugar is used as the main solvent. The coffee is then steamed under low pressure to remove any remaining residue.

The beans contain a maximum of 0.01–0.03% caffeine.
